The cuvée sparkling wine is a product through which Corte Bacaro demonstrates its know-how and tradition. This product expresses the best of the area's sparkling wine history.

The Cuvée Extra Dry sparkling wine is vinified, aged and stored in steel tanks at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. It is produced with the Charmat method, and the refermentation takes place with selected yeasts in an autoclave for 30 days.
