The Orange Wine Il Viaggiatore is the spearhead of Corte Bacaro's production. It comes from an exclusive selection of grapes from a small vineyard plot and only in the best harvest years. We only use Tocai Friulano (80%) and Chardonnay (20%).

RED WINE FOR MEAT

Vulcana D.O.C. Venezia

A ruby red wine with purple reflections, light spicy notes of green pepper and wild berries. The black cherry hint is particularly relevant.

Cabernet Sauvignon I.G.P. Trevenezie

A wine with a particular scent that has fruity notes and its ruby red colour with shades of violet; it is well structured and also offers notes of chocolate and ripe fruit on the palate.

Cabernet Franc I.G.P. Trevenezie

It is a ruby red wine with purple reflections, herbaceous taste and blueberries and violets notes. A full-bodied and dry, soft and balanced wine.

Refosco dal peduncolo rosso I.G.P Trevenezie

A ruby red wine with a slightly tannic taste, a red fruit aftertaste, and purple reflections. It is a well-structured wine with excellent persistence. It is vinous and fruity and recalls wild blackberry and other berries.

Merlot I.G.P. Trevenezie

A glass of this wine offers the aroma of wild berries with spicy nuances. A ruby-red wine featured by freshness and persistence on the palate.

Tai I.G.P. Trevenezie

Fruity still white wine vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. It has an aroma reminiscent of white wildflowers and a delicate almond flavour. It goes well with light appetizers and first courses and fish.

Lison Classico D.O.C.G

A Venetian still white wine produced after a preliminary phase of careful selection of the grapes, followed by a short maceration and vinification. It has a typical almond taste, delicate but tangible. Ideal for light first courses and fish-based foods.

Pinot Grigio D.O.C. Venezia

It is a still white wine with a fresh body, produced after a selection of white grapes. It is one of the best still white wines for fish and derived dishes

Chardonnay I.G.P. Trevenezie

It comes from a top-quality must, and the batonnage gives it a fatter feel and persistence. It's a sparkling white table wine with complex roundness, a long and persistent finish and characterised by ripe fruit (pear, apple and peach) notes.

DESSERT WINE

Cuvée Extra Dry

This Sparkling Cuvée comes from the Glera (70%), Chardonnay (20%) and Sauvignon Blanc (10%) vines and has very identifying notes of peach and apricot. The hints of white and wildflowers and the taste of pear and slightly citrusy acacia flowers are unique characteristics.

Rosé Extra Dry

It is a fresh and delicate Rosé sparkling wine, where the hints of rose and wild strawberry and a pleasantly soft, fresh and fruity aftertaste make the difference. The Glera vine, in this case, is 90-95% and Pinot Nero for the remaining percentage.

Rosato I.G.P Trevenezie

A Semi-sparkling rosé wine that comes from a top-quality must, and the batonnage gives it a fatter feel and persistence. It has notes of ripe fruit (pear, apple and peach) and a complex roundness.

Verduzzo I.G.P. Trevenezie

Its intense straw yellow colour makes it recognizable, and the fruity and floral tasting notes enhance its uniqueness. A sparkling sweet white, full-bodied, slightly tannic wine with a fine and resistant perlage.

Elegant and fruity. It has tasting notes that make it recognizable and is the ideal solution to accompany different dishes: from the aperitif to other types of first courses. It comes from the Glera vine (85%), to which Pinot Grigio (15%) is added.
